Information about data used by Docktopus licensing and support services.
When someone sends support, feedback, or feature requests, Docktopus stores the submitted name, email address, subject, message, ticket type, ticket status, and public replies. Support and feedback tickets can also include app version, macOS version, and an optional screenshot.
License activation, trial validation, update eligibility, and Paddle checkout/webhook handling may process purchase metadata, license keys, activation state, and app-provided identifiers needed to deliver the purchased product.
Docktopus sends confirmation emails for new tickets and update emails for public support replies. Admin notification emails are sent to the configured Docktopus support address.
